How to reset your device

Resetting the Treatlife device will remove all settings, including your Wi-Fi network name and password, account information, bulbs and light fixtures details, and all room settings,such as custom scenes and any scene adjustments you have made.

To reset your Treatlife light switch:
1, Make sure the light switch is installed and the power to the switch is turned on (the device is not connected network).
2, Click and hold the Treatlife Switch for about 5 seconds,when the device is re-entered the configuration network state, the indicator light will enters the flash state (flashes twice per second).
3,Open the Smart Life APP and follow the instructions of the app to reconnect the device to wifi network. (Details can be seen)

1, Make sure the light switch is installed and the power to the light switch is turned on (device is connected network).
2, Open the Smart Life APP, go to the device sub-page, click on the properties in the upper right corner, go to the device information page, click the device at the bottom to remove the device. when the device reset is initialized,the switch indicator will enters the flash state (flashes twice per second).
3,Return to the main interface and follow the instructions of the APP to reconnect devices to wifi network. (Details can be seen)
