What Consumers Should Do
1. Stop using the TREATLIFE product immediately.
2. Contact Treatlife Technology Co., Ltd. and provide your order ID and photos of the product.
3. Once we verify that your item is within the recall scope, we will send you a confirmation.
4. Consumers should write “recalled” on the recalled product, remove the batteries, dispose of the detector in their household garbage, and dispose of the batteries in accordance with local and state regulations.
5. Once we receive and review your photo, we will process your full refund promptly.
